Who I Am
I'm a technology executive, entrepreneur, and content creator based in San Antonio, Texas. I didn't follow the traditional path. No degree, no predetermined career track. My passion for technology started with World of Warcraft, where I helped build and design ACWeb Repack, the first private server repack for The Burning Crusade. Leading guilds and building custom servers taught me networking, system administration, and how to manage communities long before I ever held a professional title. From there, I built my career from the ground up, working my way from field service technician to Vice President through hands-on experience, relentless learning, and a drive to solve problems.
Today, I serve as VP of Continuous Improvement at Transglobal Services, where I lead initiatives in Lean Six Sigma, process optimization, and organizational excellence. I'm also CEO of Business Optimization and Technology Experts (BOTE), a managed service provider focused on helping businesses leverage technology to work smarter.
Along the way, I've served on the emergency logistics task force for the 2012 NATO and G8 Summit in Chicago, managed P&L for 150+ employees across 9 departments, led cloud migrations to Azure, implemented ERP systems, reduced software costs by 40%, and navigated acquisition integrations. Every role taught me something I couldn't have learned in a classroom.
In 2017, I launched In The Shadaux to share what I was learning with others on a similar path. Life and career took priority for a while, but now I'm back, bringing years of executive experience to the table. This isn't a tutorial channel. It's a window into real enterprise technology decisions, operational strategy, and the lessons that come from building at scale.
